I found an excellent website devoted to Emergency Preparedness. They have a lot of excellent articles and a free, downloadable journal. The website is simply titled, Domestic Preparedness, and is located on the web at https://www.domesticpreparedness.com/.

A recent article titled, Preparedness Can Be Easy, written by Raynika Battle, highlights some standard mistakes that are often made regarding Community Emergency Preparedness Awareness or Programs, causing them to be ineffective. The article discusses what works better-and is the reason why it is such an excellent, helpful article. The article can be found at this link, https://www.domesticpreparedness.com/commentary/preparedness-can-be-easy/. Another website which is founded by Raynika Battle is, Do 1 Thing, located on the web at, http://do1thing.com/. There you will find excellent step-by-step emergency preparedness tips, that can be used for your own personal emergency preparedness, or could be used for presentations in your community. There is also a downloadable children's coloring book at the site, which is really well done. Best of luck with your Preparedness Programs!
