There are a lot of good reasons to outsource administrative tasks and processes to someone who can provide support...

  • Do you currently have a slow or ineffective administrative process in one or more areas of your organization that could use some tuning up, but you are unsure exactly how to or don’t have time to address the issue?

  • Do you have some basic emergency plans for you and your staff but are unsure if they are adequate for what you need?

  • Do you need to establish a new project, program or process and are unsure how to get started?

  • Would you like to present Emergency Preparedness information to your staff and need help with the presentation?

  • Would you like us to provide a presentation to your staff about how to prepare for emergencies?

All of these areas, and others, can be analyzed for efficiency and effectiveness using the right tools and experience.  Any analysis conducted is customized for each organization.

Some GREAT administrative tasks to outsource :  updating current administrative processes, finding the source of unnecessary rework, establishing new admin processes, help with efficiency and effectiveness, finding the bottleneck, create/track/manage projects, conducting research.
