Safe and Sound on Solid Ground

The Safe and Sound on Solid Ground Program is completed and launched. It is a basic program that assists people with emergency or disaster planning. The program is primarily for people with disabilities or anyone who has limited mobility. The primary emergency planning related task that is accomplished with the program is the creation of a personal emergency network for the participant. All of the other tasks that are needed to plan for emergencies are also addressed. There is no charge to enroll in the program.
